Shipping policy

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. You can check whether we deliver to your pincode on the checkout page.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 working days of payment (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Below that, a flat fee of ₹99 applies. The exact amount is shown before you pay.

Delivery time

After dispatch, most orders reach South India in 1–3 days and the rest of India in 3–6 days. Remote areas can take longer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, the courier name and tracking ID appear on your order page.

Delays

Weather, strikes or courier problems can occasionally delay a parcel. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase it with the courier.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment; the courier charge for sending it again may apply.

Damaged or opened parcel

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, you may refuse the delivery or take photos before opening it, then follow the steps in our cancellation and refund policy.
