These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Sprout and Hive. Sprout and Hive is operated by Sprout And Hive, No. 51, Aruna Jagadesan Garden, 1st Floor, Karaikal Main Road, Muthupillai Mandapam, Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu – 612401, India. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your Google account, and so your access to this shop, secure.

Products

We describe and photograph every toy as accurately as we can. Natural wood varies, so colour, grain and finish may differ slightly from the photos.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay. Prices can change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, the price shown was clearly wrong, or the order looks fraudulent.

Shipping, cancellation and refunds

These are covered by our shipping policy and our cancellation and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Safety

Please follow the age guidance on each toy. Some toys contain small parts that are a choking hazard for children under 3. Always supervise young children during play and check toys regularly for wear.

The photos, text and design on this site belong to Sprout And Hive. Please don’t copy them without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Kumbakonam.
